STEPS OF PURCHASING A HOME:



Register your interest
Register your interest at www.spkb.net/spkhomes or visit our property gallery to register on our upcoming launches with our sales personnel.


Selection of your choice unit
Before official launch of a new development, you will be invited to our property gallery for a preview to our existing purchaser and registrant. You will have the chance to select and purchase the unit before we open up to public. Selection of unit will be on first come first serve basis


Confirmation of purchase
Upon confirmation of unit, you will be issued a letter of offer and initial 10% down payment is required.


Execution of Sale & Purchase Agreement
You need to execute the Sale and Purchase Agreement ( SPA) at our appointed solicitor’s office or our property gallery within given grace period as confirmation of the purchase.


Application for loan and EPF withdrawal
You may apply housing loan ( if needed ) instantly from our panel end-financier upon confirmation of the purchase. For EPF member who wish to make withdrawal from your EPF account, you have to obtain withdrawal form from the EPF office or download it from their website http://www.kwsp.gov.my. ( kindly refer to our EPF withdrawal tips for more info )
